1. Extract the archive
1. Upload `famous-quotes` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Go to the `Widgets` menu and drag the `Famous Quotes` widget to the sidebar
